CD 60x27 ceiling profile, 3 m, 0.60 mm

Application:

The CD 60x27 drywall profile, 3 m long, is used to build frames for suspended ceilings, wall linings and other drywall structures inside and outside buildings.

Features:

• Controlled amount of zinc coating;
• The flanges and the web each have three longitudinal ribs for extra rigidity;
• The 60 mm wide web is a convenient base for fixing plasterboard;
• With the special connectors of a suspended ceiling kit, the CD profile lets you assemble a frame of the required design with minimal time.

Installation:

The CD profile is installed together with the UD ceiling track, which is fixed to the wall along the perimeter of the structure (or to the floor and ceiling for wall linings); the CD profile is then inserted into it. CD profiles are spaced 40-60 cm apart for stability and reliability (this spacing also suits the standard 120 cm plasterboard width, a multiple of 40 and 60 cm). The profile is fixed to the slab with an anchor hanger or a U-shaped direct hanger, to which it is attached with a special 9.5 mm sharp-point metal screw. The plasterboard is screwed directly to the CD profile with metal screws.
